Part A: Free Listing in Show Directory — 展览会会刊免费文字介绍
There will be a free listing of the participating firms in the Show Directory. Copy is liable to editing and proofs will not be submitted for approval. No late entry will be accepted. 参展商在展览会目录中会有一段免费文字介绍其公司，请在截止日期前交回。稿件将由主办单位作最后修订。

Part B: Exhibitors’ Badges — 参展商工作证
Exhibitors’ staff present at the exhibition must wear badge issued by the Organizers as identification at all time within the show period. 2 complimentary exhibitor badges per booth will be issued upon direct request. If request more, please write an application, and obtain them after the organizer allowance. Please complete the following and return before the deadline. Exhibitors should request a new badge if his / her badge is lost, damaged or forgotten. Each replacement badge will be charged at RMB20.
所有参展商之工作人员必须配带参展商工作证。每个摊位可申请两个工作证，如需更多，请以书面提出申请，经主办机构准允后发给。请填写下列资料， 在截止日期前交回。如参展商遗失、弄损或忘记携带参展商工作证，必须即时补领新证，每个新证费用人民币贰拾元整。

Part C: Application for Admission Tickets — 入场券申请
The exhibitors are prohibited to print and deliver their own tickets, as the organizer will make unified registration to the visitors. Every exhibitor can get about 50 free tickets. If you need more tickets, please fill tick in the blank about the tickets you require:
为方便主办单位对参观者进行统一登记，展商不得印发自已的入场券。每个展台享有50张免费观众入场券，如展商再要求增加入场券的数量，请在方框内打勾以说明贵公司的要求。
We don’t need any tickets. 我们不需要入场券。
