GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

Abstract submission:

Online submission of abstracts will be accepted until the day mentioned below. ICOP XII organizing committee requires that all abstracts be submitted on-line.

Your abstract submission is not completed until you register for the Congress. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter.


Acknowledgement:

You will receive an e-mail acknowledgement of receipt of your abstract. If you do not receive it, please send an e-mail inquiry to icop@fimmu.com.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, which reserves the right to decide the type of presentation (poster or oral). No responsibility is taken for abstracts being rejected, in error under the "unclear content" clause, or otherwise. You will be notified of acceptance by email no later than 31 May 2005.


Instruction for Writing Abstract

1. Introduction

The data of your abstract submitted online will be copied as it is for publication. Please follow the instruction below since an inappropriately written manuscript should cause a trouble upon editing.

2. Formatting

1. All abstracts must be written in English.

2. Typing instruction: MS Word 95 or later edition.

3. Please refer to "Example" and "Example Word file" for the font size, type face, color, number of lines on a page, etc. for your abstract. If you do not follow these instructions, your abstract will not be properly edited.

4. The entire abstract includes title, author(s) (underline the presenting author), address and text. Do not include subheadings, tables, figures or references.

5. Maximum length is 400 words for the body of the abstract.
