About China International Conference Center for Science and Technology
China International Conference Center for Science and Technology (CICCST) is a nonprofit national organization established under the leadership of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) to convene international scientific and technological conferences and conduct scientific and technological exchanges.
CICCST establishes exchange and cooperative relations with international scientific and technological communities, organizations and scholars.
CICCST undertakes to organize, upon requests at home and abroad, international scientific conferences of various kinds, symposia, workshops, training courses, visits for scientific exchange, pre and post conference tours, scientific and technological exhibitions, etc., with a view to promote international scientific and technological exchanges.
Every year, CICCST hosts about 30-40 study-tour delegations to visit China from all over the world. It is our specialty to arrange a professionally oriented program that tailors to the specific professional needs of the delegates and one that also includes some cultural content. CICCST provides advisory services to various departments and organizations at home to hold international conferences in China.
CICCST takes following responsibilities when preparing and organizing a international conferences. Provides sponsorship and support to the Chinese scholars to attending conferences held by international organizations and invite conferences to be held in China; Works closely with international organizations, foreign organization and overseas representations to promote the upcoming conferences worldwide; Collaborates with the conference co-sponsors for editing, printing, publishing and distributing the conference announcement and call for papers through various advanced technology of communications such as Internet; With authorization with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, issues invitation letter to the overseas participants for their visa to China attending the conference; Makes arrangements for participants' hotel reservations with discount price, airlines booking and reconfirmation, city transfer and tours, technical visits, pre and post conference tours.
