Tour Reservation
Since every reservation of local tours and post tours is less than 10 persons, the organizing committee has cancelled the tour arrangement. (Publicized on August 20, 2007)
Please submit the Registration Form with full tour fees to lynn@congress.com.cn by August 20, 2007. Reservations without payment will not be processed.
Notes
1. The above quotations include four-Star Accommodation, meals as specified, coach, entrance as specified, English Speaking tour guide, full fare of the air ticket from Beijing to Hangzhou/Xi'An with taxes separately. And exclude international air tickets, domestic airtickets back to Beijing, domestic tour insurance, the national guide, overweight of luggage, private expense and tips. Post tours will be finished separately in Shanghai and Guilin. You may book domestic tickets online via Air China, or by telephone to its global sales hotline +86-4008-100-999.
2. If no roommate name is indicated in your Registration Form, your room will be arranged as a single occupancy during the tour.
3. All tours are quoted on a basis of groups of 10 people and up. The quotations are subjected to change if less than 10 people sing up. In that case, notification will be sent to you as soon as possible and the tour fee will be fully refunded as well.
