Credit card (by August 31, 2007)
Master, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and JCB will be acceptable. Please submit your full card information, in the Registration Form, with signature of cardholder to CICCST. Fax version will be preferable.

B. On-site Payment

Cash of USD and RMB as well as credit card (Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club, JCB only) are acceptable. There will be a service charge for the credit card.

Notes:
1. Your credit card will be charged in RMB and the amount will be exchanged in USD or other foreign currencies shown in your account.
2. Please make bank transfer with correct amount according to both our RMB quotation and the intraday foreign exchange rate of your bank.
3. Bank charge and 4% credit card service charge should be borne by participants.
4. No personal check is acceptable for the above payments.
5. To avoid any trouble, you are suggested not making bank transfer after August 20, 2007. Otherwise please fax the transfer copy to CICCST before conference and bring it with you as well when you register at Beijing Friendship Hotel. If CICCST has not received your bank transfer until the onsite registration date, September 20, 2007, CICCST will charge you on-site, and will refund you the bank transfer after it reaches CICCST.
6. Registrations without payment will be processed as on-site ones.
7. Payments without registration details are not proper.
