Reservation

To avoid any troubles, CICCST will only charge you one night deposit before the conference. Please pay the rest of your accommodation directly to the hotel when you in Beijing.

Please make reservation to Ms. Lynn L. ZHANG by August 20, 2007. In principle, reservations neither after August 20 nor without deposit will be processed. Your hotel deposit will be forwarded to the hotel by CICCST before the conference. Any changes of your reservation should be notified to Ms. ZHANG before September 1, 2007, but not to the hotel.
