Registration fee, hotel deposit and tour fees should be paid in RMB with the exchange rate US$1.00=RMB6.80, and made payable by the following methods:

- Payment On-site:
Cash, traveller checks and credit card (Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club, JCB only) are acceptable, but there will be 4% service charge for the credit card.
Notes
- After September 20, 2009, the payment by bank will not be accepted. If you do, the money will be refunded to you after the conference through the bank, and please pay your fees by credit card or on site way.
- After October 10, 2009, the payment by credit card will not be accepted. We will not charge any money from your credit card even though you have transferred the authority for us to do, and please pay your fees on site.
- In order to avoid any trouble in money transfer, please keep the copy of your remittance invoice or receipt.
- No personal check is acceptable for the above payments.
- Bank charge will be borne by the participant.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation must be made by writing to the CICCST for receiving the refund. The money will be refunded to you after the conference by the same way which you paid before.

Confirmation
Your registration, tour reservation, hotel reservation and all payments will be confirmed upon receipt of your registration form and payment within 10 days.
