Reservation:
Please complete and return the Registration Form with the hotel deposit (only for one day¡¯s room rate) to CICCST before September 20, 2009. Reservations neither after September 20, 2009 nor without deposit will be processed. Your hotel deposit will be forwarded before the congress by CICCST to the hotel and the amount will be deducted from your account when you check out. Any changes of a reservation should be notified to CICCST before September 20, 2009, but not to the hotel.
