Abstract Submission
 
Abstracts have to be submitted on-line from 15 September, 2011 to 31 March, 2012 (Beijing time) . The abstract should supply sufficient information to the delegates for them to decide which session to attend. Abstracts must not exceed 300 words and should include the following:
1.Rationale for research (Background)
2. Objectives
3. A brief description of methods and materials used
4. Results
5. Conclusions
The abstract CD will be prepared directly from the submitted abstract so the final version should be accurate and grammatically correct without spelling or typographical errors.
Once you submit, the abstract is in status of reviewing, modification after submission should be made before 31 March, 2012 and may not be done directly, please mail to: gmd@congress.com.cn, if any.
Unless at least one of the authors is registered and paid, the abstract will be removed from the program. Please make sure to pay before April 30 (deadline for authors to pay) with no exception.
The Scientific Committee will evaluate all abstracts and notify authors of acceptance and the Main Topic assignment after 1st Feb 2012. If you require any further information, please contact Per Kudsk at:

Audio Visual and Technical Equipment
Once a paper has been invited or designated as an oral presentation, the presenter will be notified. MS PowerPoint  is the only medium for oral presentations. Speakers are requested to bring a flash USB memory with their presentation to be loaded into the integrated computer system or to send it to the Congress Organisers via email provided the file size does not exceed 5 MB.
A preparation room will be available on site for the duration of the congress for the convenience of the speakers.
