GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Venue: The conference will be held at the Jiuhua Resort & Convention Center，a five-star property located in Changping District of Beijing.
2. Working Language: English
3. Passport and Visa: China International Conference Center for Science and Technology (CICCST) will send you a visa application with which you can apply for an entrance visa at the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate generally after getting your valid registration form as well as payment or payment guarantee.
4. Weather: Autumn is the best season in Beijing. The weather in October is nice and cool and a bit dry with the average daily temperature of 20℃.
5. Insurance: The registration fees do not include insurance for the participants regarding accidents, sickness or loss of personal property. You are advised to make necessary arrangement for a short-term health and accident insurance before leaving your country.
6. Currency Exchange:

   In China, only RMB is used. Exchange centers can be found at airports, hotels and tourist shopping centers. The rate of exchange is set by the Bank of China, which is now about US$ 1.00 = RMB 6.80

   Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and other credit cards are accepted in many department stores and hotels.

   The Bank of China and most hotels can cash traveller cheques issued by any foreign bank or financial institution. You need to show your passport and pay commission. Traveller cheques signed over to a third party cannot be cashed in China.

7. Arrival in Beijing Taxi service is available at Beijing Capital Airport during the whole day. The cost from the airport to the Jiuhua Resort & Convention Center is about US$ 15.00, or RMB 100.00. Please show the following note to the taxi driver to get to the Jiuhua Resort & Convention Center.

8. Reconfirmation of Departure Air Ticket The departure air tickets (both international and domestic) should be reconfirmed 72 hours in advance. You could make it by calling the airline offices in Beijing.
