Room Reservation

The room reservation items are in the Pre-Registration Form. Please complete and return the form to Ms. Lynn ZHANGLIHUI, CICCST, by October 5, 2009. Reservations neither after this date nor without deposit will be processed. Your hotel deposit will be forwarded to the hotel by CICCST before the congress. Please pay the rest directly to the hotel when you in Beijing. If you have any reservation changes by November 4, please Email Ms. Lynn ZHANGLIHUI.

It would be better if the form could be submitted by Email instead of by fax or post during the National Day holidays from October 1 to 7.
